The Young Actors Space is a unique and exciting school for actors from age six to adult.  Our work is dedicated to exploring the joy of acting.

 

For over twenty-five years, we have been the premiere acting school for teen actors, child actors and young adult actors.  Our acting classes for kids are widely respected and known throughout the entertainment industry.

 

Our instructors’ love of acting, combined with the enthusiasm of the talented students, creates a school which builds confidence and provides the tools for skillful performances.

 

Our emphasis is on truth based improvisation combined with scene work, which trains the actor to take risks, listen and get out of their heads and into their hearts. The actor is constantly encouraged to push beyond the limits of the scene and explore new territories in their collective imaginations.

 

The atmosphere in our classes is high energy, positive, and safe.  Classes are professional but not competitive. The emphasis on individual growth as an artist.  The classes are enormously fun-filled.  We certainly enjoy them!  We feel so fortunate to be continually surprised, moved and entertained by amazing young players!
